    Hi! today we're going to see the difference between do a sport, play a sport or go + a sport. 

1. DO:

We use it for individual sports, not for teams. 

Do gymnastics, athletics, dive, race cars, yoga, karate, archery...



2. PLAY:

They include all sports that use a ball.

Play football, baseball, handball, basketball, golf, rugby, tennis, volleyball...



3. DO:

They're sports that end in -ing. 

Do bowling, jogging, walking, swimming, surfing, shopping, golfing, cycling, hiking, dancing...

DEFINING Relative clauses

· They start with relative pronouns and provide essential information about a noun. We use defining relative clauses to make clear which person or thing we are talking about. 

.We do not use commas.

· We can use that.



NON-DEFINING Relative clauses

· They start with relative pronouns and provide non-essential information . They give us ADDITIONAL,  information about someone or something. 

. We usecommas (,) to separate this clause from the rest of the sentence.

· We can't use that.
